On Monday the 18th, we are going to do an ONLINE ritual in duo’s to empower yourself.

A bit of homework:
You will need:
75 stones or beads. You put these beads in a circle on the ground, as shown in the picture.
If you want, you choose some pictures of yourself from different ages – but only select photos of the age where you felt best.
You will need some healing symbols or remedies like flowers, candles, precious stones, flower remedies – whatever you like to bring in.
You can also bring in some puppets or stones that will represent ancestors that can give support – ancestors from more than five generations ago.
If you wish you can use a drum, rattle or music during the ritual – but silence is powerful too.
During the online workshop, I will lead you through the ritual that we are going to do ONLINE in duos.
